• Push notification tokens (for app notifications)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Facilitate consultations and project transactions

• Verify Expert credentials and identities

With Other Users
Your name, profile photo, and professional information (for Experts) are visible to other users as part of the Platform's functionality.

With Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers including:
• Razorpay (payment processing)
• ZeptoMail / Zoho (transactional emails)
• 100ms (video call infrastructure)
• MongoDB Atlas (database hosting)
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements

We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. DATA SECURITY

5. DATA RETENTION
• Active account data is retained for the duration of your account.
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
• After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
